As a small, independent brand, we're committed to offering a personalized and thoughtful experience for each of our customers.
SHIPPING TIMES:
UK customers: 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.
EU customers: 10 – 15 working days after dispatch.
Once dispatched you will be sent a shipping email with your tracking number. Please check your junk if you haven't received it. Rest assured, your orders are in good hands and will reach you promptly.

RETURNS:
As a small business, we kindly ask you to consider the impact returns have on us. While we understand that returns are sometimes necessary, we can work together to minimize them and reduce environmental impact by making conscious shopping decisions. Please take a moment to review all the available information on our website before making a purchase.

This email must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
Once a returned item is back and checked over, you will be contacted within 1-3 days. If for any reason your return did not meet our standards, we would contact you directly via email.
**We reserve the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet our conditions. Items that appear visibly worn or marked are not eligible for return.**

POSTING THE RETURN:
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us.
Orders may be returned using any postal method of your choice, provided that it is returned to us by the due date. We strongly encourage you to send returns by a tracked service as we can not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
For your own peace of mind, you should keep your postage receipt with a tracking number until you have received your refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are based in the UK. If you live in a country where duty and VAT/Tax is payable on goods sent from the UK, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. Customers are liable for their duty costs.
- International Returns:
We are based in the UK. If you are outside of the UK, please write "RETURNED GOODS" and YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER on the outside of the parcel - this will help speed up the returns process!
Please note if you are returning from the EU please clearly mark package as "BRITISH RETURN" to avoid additional charges.
LOST ITEMS:
On rare occasions, parcels may be delayed to the point they are considered lost. The timeframe for a parcel to be officially declared lost depends on the delivery provider and your location.For specific details, please refer to your delivery provider’s website.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS:
Please keep in mind, all of our products are entirely hand-knitted. You may notice hand-tied ends, and sometimes a few may peek out—simply tuck them back in. Unlike machine-made products, this piece embraces its handmade nature, which includes subtle imperfections that add to its character.
If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at info@kazakwoolies.com with your order number, and a brief description of the problem. We will do everything we can to sort it out.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate international exchanges, instead, you will be given a credit note or refund.
